Delivery Charges

*Please note if you select the cheaper shipping rate at check out that is not applicable to your area you will be invoiced the remaining difference which is payable. 
Minimum order value of $100 is applicable with the exception of our $50 and under range. 
Terms and conditions for $50 and under range is minimum $250 order to qualify for delivery 

 

Delivery charges include all set up/styling costs, so no hidden extra charges at the end of the night, allowing you to focus your time on other aspects of party preparation.
You will be given a specified delivery time 2weeks prior to event, this time is factored upon 4 things

Your preferred set up time - this is based on a first in first serve basis

What has been hired and the time required for set up

We allow 30mins for standard set ups including photography, 1hour+ for larger scale events

These delivery times need to be strictly adhered to. Please ensure someone is available to meet with us to allow for set up if the venue is not staffed.
High peak hire times are often booked back to back with a small window for leniency. Unfortunately if we are unable to gain access to the venue at agreed upon time, this will cut into the time allocated for set up.

**Should we be unable to gain access to venue 30mins after agreed upon time and unable to contact with another booking set for delivery, unfortunately we would require to set up the next booking and come back at our next available time slot to complete your event. A re-delivery charge is applicable.

    End of Night Packdowns

    **Should venue conditions require pack down end of night, a surcharge is applied on top of collection charges from 9pm

    • 9pm-9.45pm $45
    • 10pm-10.45pm $60
    • 11pm-11.55pm $80

    Our pricing on check out starts at $100 for 9pm until 9.45pm this includes delivery and set up costs. 

    Should you require later than 9.45pm package an invoice will be issued for the remaining once booking has been received 

    We are unable to complete any pack downs after 12am due to insurance purposes. 

    Late notice delivery 

    Should your require urgent delivery / Late notice delivery i.e unable to provide suitable transportation upon self hire collections at our warehouse based in Kaiapoi , an additional charge of $20 is payable on top of stipulated delivery costs. This cost is factored due to staffing availability and time management which was elsewhere allocated.

    You are more than welcome to use our Delivery/set up option to help lessen the stress of party preparation and then return the items within 3days to our warehouse in Kaiapoi.

    Extended Delivery and Collection Charges

    Areas outside of our specified list are charged at Location Charge + $1.50Per KM from closest boundary.
    This is calculated upon address of venue and will be advised upon booking.
